Processing of personal data

1. provision of the website (and creation of log files)

b) Legal basis for data processing The legal basis for the temporary processing of the data and the log files is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.       

c) Purpose of the data processing The temporary processing of your IP address by our system is necessary to enable the provision of the website on your terminal device. In addition, we use your personal data to optimise our website and to ensure the security of our IT systems. Your data will not be processed for marketing purposes. This also results in our legitimate interest in data processing.        

d) Duration of storage The aforementioned personal data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required to achieve the processing purpose. In the case of data processing for the provision of the website, this is the case when you end the respective session. With regard to the processing of IP addresses in log files, they are deleted after 14 days so that it is no longer possible to draw conclusions about your person.        

e) Possibility of objection and removal according to Art. 21 DSGVO There is no possibility to object to this data processing, as the processing of the data is absolutely necessary for the provision of the website.2.

d) Duration of storage, possibility of objection and removal Cookies are stored on the user's computer and transmitted to our website by the user. Cookies that have already been stored can be deleted at any time. This can also be done automatically. 3. use of Google Analytics with anonymisation function                                                

a) Description and scope of data processing We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA (hereinafter "Google") on our website. Google Analytics uses so-called cookies. These are text files that are stored on your terminal device and enable an analysis of your portal usage. The information generated by this cookie regarding your usage behaviour is transmitted to Google's servers located in the USA and stored there. So that you can still use our portal anonymously, we may use Google Analytics with the addition "_gat._anonymizeIp". This means that your IP address is already reduced by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area and thus anonymised. Only in very special cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. b) Legal basis for data processing The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR.       

c) Purpose of data processing Google uses this information to determine how you have used the website, to provide us with a summary of website activity and to provide other services related to internet and website usage. This includes all demographic and geographic data. Where appropriate, Google will transfer the information collected to third parties where required to do so by law, or where Google contracts third parties to process the information.       

d) Duration of storage The storage period of the data transmitted by you and linked to cookies is 38 months. After this period, the data will be automatically deleted. Data whose retention period has been reached is automatically deleted once a month. In addition, you can independently uninstall the cookies installed by Google Analytics and thus delete the stored data. We explain how this deletion can be carried out via the browser settings in the following point.      

e) Revocation according to Art. 7 (3) GDPR You are free to revoke the installation of cookies at any time by setting your browser software accordingly and without giving reasons. For this purpose, Google offers a deactivation add-on for the most common browsers, which gives you more control over what data is collected by Google about the portal page you have accessed. The add-on tells the JavaScript (ga.js) of Google Analytics that no information about the portal visit should be transmitted to Google Analytics. However, the Google Analytics browser deactivation add-on does not prevent information from being transmitted to us or to other web analytics services we may use. c) Purpose of data processing We process your personal data only for the purpose of processing your enquiry and contacting you. These purposes are also our legitimate interest for processing your personal data.        

d) Duration of storage We delete your personal data when they are no longer required to achieve the purpose for which they were processed. For personal data that has been sent to us in the context of your contact via e-mail, this is the case when the respective conversation with you has ended. The conversation is ended when it is clear from the circumstances that the matter in question has been clarified.     

e) Possibility of objection and removal according to Art. 21 DSGVO You have the option to object to the processing of your personal data at any time. In such a case, the conversation cannot be continued. Please send your objection to privacy@agyt.io . In this case, the personal data processed during the communication will be deleted.

5. use of YouTube components with extended data protection mode                               

a) Description and scope of data processing Our website uses video components of the company YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, 94066 San Bruno, CA, USA (hereinafter referred to as "YouTube"), which is a Google company. We may use the option "- extended data protection mode - " provided by YouTube. According to the information provided by YouTube, no information about you is stored in this mode by simply visiting the sub-page in which the YouTube video is embedded. Only when you play the embedded YouTube video are cookies installed on your end device and personal data transmitted to YouTube. If you are logged in to your YouTube account when the YouTube video is played, your internet usage behaviour will be assigned to your personal YouTube profile. We do not know the extent of the data collected by YouTube. According to its own information, YouTube collects location-based data, such as the IP address, and sets cookies to uniquely identify your browser or Google account. The collected data may be shared with Google network services. b) Legal basis for data processing The legal basis for the use of YouTube components is Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO.      

c) Purpose of data processing Your personal data is processed in order to make the respective video uploaded to YouTube accessible to you. This is also our legitimate interest for processing your personal data.      

d) Duration of storage The duration of the storage of the personal data collected by YouTube is neither known to us nor can it be influenced by us.      

e) Possibility of objection and removal according to Art. 21 GDPR If you do not want YouTube to assign the data collected via our website directly to your YouTube member account, you can log out of your account beforehand. In addition, you can also completely prevent the use of the YouTube plugin with add-ons for your browser, e.g. with the script blocker "NoScript" (http://noscript.net/).
