The personal information we collect and process is determined by our business objectives, which we outline below for clarity.
AGYT develops a comprehensive finance stack platform designed to connect global businesses. Our current focus is on providing cross-border payment solutions and FX services tailored for medium to large enterprises. To deliver the regulated components of these services, we have partnered with Currencycloud, a licensed E-Money and Payment Institution operating in both the EU and the UK. AGYT and Currencycloud act as joint processors of your personal information.

Our lawful bases for collecting and processing personal information in connection with our services are as follows:

Through our partnership with Currencycloud, we also provide regulated payment and e-money services (such as e-wallets) and unregulated FX services.
Personal information, including names, contact details, and identification documents, is collected to meet regulatory requirements and to conduct necessary due diligence.
We collect personal information either directly from you or from publicly available sources.
We have a joint controller relationship with Currencycloud and jointly process your personal information for specific purposes. When you open an account, you establish relationships with both AGYT and Currencycloud.
AGYT provides the agreed services and partners with Currencycloud, which delivers specific services, including regulated payment and e-money services (such as an e-wallet) and unregulated FX services.
AGYT is responsible for managing the overall customer relationship and any non-regulated services related to your account. However, the service you are contracting also includes regulated payments and e-money services provided by Currencycloud.
